Quality Guarantee
Enhancements/Powders - Enhancements/Powders are guaranteed for 10 business days. Please contact us to reschedule a repair free of charge if you experience the following: breakages, chips, lifting, cracks.
Gel Polish(Shellac) - Gel Polishes are guaranteed for 10 business days. Please contact us to reschedule a repair free of charge if you experience the following: breakages, chips, peeling.
Lateness
Scheduled appointments have a 15 minute period in which we are happy to wait so long as we feel that you had genuine difficulties getting to us on time. If you believe that you will be later than 15 minutes, please call us ahead of time to see if we have availability to complete your service in full or to reschedule your appointment. One late client can disrupt our whole appointment schedule including that of our other clients. Therefore, if you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we reserve the right to refuse partial or complete services.
Refunds
If you are not satisfied with your nails, please ensure that we are aware of it during or the right after completion of the service. We will adjust them to your satisfaction or remove any enhancements or coatings that have been applied. No refunds will be given after you have left the salon.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment with us, at least 24 hours’ notice is required. Also be aware that if you repeatedly cancel appointments without proper notice, we reserve the right to ask for a non-refundable deposit which is half the service price in order to secure your next appointment.
No shows
If you are unable to make your scheduled appointment time, please notify us immediately. Not showing up to an appointment for the first time will be dismissed, however, If this continues a second time, the following appointments will require a non refundable upfront deposit every time you arrange an appointment with us. The deposit amount will be half the service price.
Gift Vouchers
We do not provide any refunds for Gift Vouchers.
If you decide to use your voucher for any service(s), if the total cost comes up to less than the amount on the voucher, that total cost of the service(s) will be deducted from the voucher leaving the remaining balance for future use.
Gift Vouchers are valid for a period of twelve months from the date of purchase. This also applies to Gift Vouchers which have been used but still have balances on them.
